Unless otherwise specified, achievements outlined in the entries should have occurred between October 2011 and October 2012.


The shortlist will be announced in mid March and winners annouced at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 1st May 2013.

Open to all professional recruiters. This person will have made the most significant impact on the profession, recruitment/resourcing business/industry and best practice within recruitment/resourcing in the year October 2011 to October 2012.


Nominations will be made and voted upon by the judges adjudicating the Recruiter Awards 2013.

This category identifies outstanding innovation by an employer’s staff (directly employed) recruitment team and recognises outstanding creativity, innovation and effectiveness in developing and executing an onboarding strategy for new recruits that has led to the achievement of strategic business goals.

Open to marketing teams from all recruitment, executive search and interim management firms. Awarded to the in-house recruitment agency marketing team achieving the most stand-out accomplishment, or accomplishments, of the year aligned to the agency’s overall business strategy.

Awarded to a recruitment, interims or executive search agency operating in any sector that can provide evidence that it provides the most effective work environment, incentives, benefits, training, internal communications and ‘best practice’-orientated management. Along with providing evidence of financial stability and profitability, the winning entry must demonstrate workforce diversity and the availability of career development opportunity for all. A set of clearly defined organisational values will also be evident in the winning entry.

The winning entry will provide evidence of its effectiveness in reaching and/or exceeding client goals, offering innovation, and integrating its operations with the client’s to the desired level. The entry should outline, along with the team’s overall achievements, the role played by each member of the team and each individual’s contributions.

Awarded to an outsourced recruitment organisation for achieving outstanding success for its client(s) in conceiving, developing and implementing a cohesive recruitment/talent management strategy or strategies. The winning entry will demonstrate its own financial stability and profitability as well as business innovation, enhancing the client(s)’s employer brand, and playing a significant role in helping the client(s) reach and exceed its goals. It will also provide evidence of significant value-add to the partnership.
